Middlesbrough College of F.E.; Shane Forth  developed the teaching and learning materials for and taught the full syllabus of the ECITB Level 3 Diploma in Project Controls Practice and Techniques (RFQ) consisting of 12 Qualification Units to two project controls apprenticeship cohorts.

Association of Cost Engineers; Shane Forth provided consultancy services to the  for Project Controls Technician Apprenticeship EPA. This involved the creation of a'real world' project  project case study and suite of related materials. 22 apprentices have since completed the End Point Assessment with the ACostE.

Projcon; Shane Forth provided Quality Assurance  to   for their Skills Assessment Reports (SARs) for the Project Controls Technician Apprenticeship and recommended and created new SARs for them. All work was completed to challenging deadlines.
