A thorough introduction to estimating principles across all estimate classes. Attendees learn structured techniques from AACEI recommended practice for developing, documenting and reviewing estimates, including cost, schedule and cash-flow. Realistic examples and exercises reinforce consistent estimating practice.

This course builds practical skills for managing engineering and construction project documentation. Attendees learn how to set up, organise and control documentation, manage updates and revisions, and support a project through design, construction and handover stages.
