My primary lawful basis is Legitimate Interests, meaning I use your information where it is necessary for delivering my services and does not override your rights.

• Record assignment and test results
• Maintain course attendance records
• Send newsletters, updates, and blogs where you have specifically given consent

I treat your information confidentially and only process it in line with data protection law.

  I may share your personal information with:

• ECITB,  where required as part of being an Approved Training Provider
• Third-party suppliers essential to delivering my services, again only if they follow the same standards of data privacy 

• I do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• I do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

I use secure cloud-based systems Microsoft 365 Business Standard (including Microsoft Teams) to store and manage your information.  

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using strong encryption protocols. 

When you visit the GO FORTH website, cookies may be placed on your device.
Cookies help the website function correctly and improve your browsing experience. I do not use cookies to personally identify you.

You can delete or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.

I keep all personal data assciated with course and assessment records for 1  year from the date of delivery course assessment or between  their administration audits, whichever is the greater?. Data is stored for longer where this facilitates the continued availability of the online  (Microsoft Teams) learning materials for the virtual classroom course you have attended.
