Shane demonstrated confident delivery, strong subject knowledge and excellent 

preparation, which supported a smooth virtual session. He explained the content clearly and related it well to real-life industry experience, making the learning relevant for candidates. The observation audit for GO FORTH conducted remotely on 26 March 2025, demonstrated high standards in all areas. The tutor, Shane Forth, was  highly prepared and professional, with all documentation submitted ahead of the session and a well-planned structure in place. The scheme of work  was adapted thoughtfully to accommodate a condensed delivery model while maintaining full learning outcomes.  Shane’s delivery style was inclusive and engaging. He demonstrated deep subject knowledge and contextualised learning using current industry  examples. Delegates were supported individually, including through pre-course 1:1 meetings that addressed welfare, technical access, and learning  needs. Delegates expressed high levels of satisfaction with the course, reporting that they were challenged, supported, and fully engaged  throughout.
